How much? I can't see the prices in your website.

In order for you to view our prices, you must "Create an Account" or "Login" to our website every time you shop.

Did you received my order?

Once you click "Confirm Order" you will see this message on your browser "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCCESSED" which means that your order has been successfully received. You will also receive an automated email regarding your invoice right after you placed an order, so please check your email. Or go to "My Account" and view "Order History.

 

I'm looking for a specific item that  I saw on your facebook page/blog post (or someone wearing) but I can't find it in your website, IS IT STILL AVAILABLE? or will you ever restock?

You are probably looking for items that were previously released or old. If you don't find the items in our website, then it clearly means that it is sold out or no longer available and will never be restock.

I’m In Love With Something That’s "Out Of Stock" or "Sold Out" (In My Size)! What Can I Do? Do You Restock?

New items can sell out quickly, so better buy now or regret later!

During the day of our new uploads, it is just a matter of minutes, even seconds, for whoever checks out her cart first gets the item first. So the next thing you know the item in your cart is already "out of stock" or "sold out". There is only a slim chance that this item becomes available again, given the client fails to pay within the given grace period which is 2 days. So keep checking back our site, you'll never know!

To maintain the exclusivity of our items, we do not restock specific pieces. We are always on the lookout for amazing pieces and often stock the store with similar styles, so please check back to find our latest pieces in store. We promise you’ll fall in love.

 

I Get An Error Message While I Was Browsing and About to Confirm My Order. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, which usually happens during the time we release a new collection where there is a heavy traffic and visits to our website. We apologize regarding this matter, and we are still currently working on this problem. Meanwhile, please try to refresh your browser after a few minutes and be patient.

I Just Placed My Order.  Can I Add Another Item To It?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. You can also insert a message stating a special request to combine shipping for both of your orders. We’ll be happy to combine the shipping fee on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours from the original order.

I’m Unsure About A Size Or I Have A Fit Question.  How Do I Find This Information?

How do I pay for the items I ordered/purchased?

Banco de oro (BDO) - Bank transfer/ cash deposit  (p50 bank charge applies and must be shouldered  by the buyer)

BPI (Bank of Philippine Islands) - Bank Transfer/ Cash Deposit (no bank fees/charges)

PayPal - Additional 4% charge plus p15 (it will be automatically added to your total bill)

Cash upon pick up/meet up (Butuan City only)

JRS Pera Padala (JRS EXPRESS BRANCHES) - money tranfer fees applies and must be shoulder by the buyer
ML Kwarta Padala (M LHUILLIER BRANCHES) - money tranfer fees applies and must be shoulder by the buyer
Western Union Money Transfer - money tranfer fees applies and must be shoulder by the buyer
LBC Remit Express (Pera Padala Service) - money tranfer fees applies and must be shoulder by the buyer

How do I get my items after payment is made?

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased Online?

Sorry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges that do not meet your expectation in fitting or liking. Please carefully read the description provided for your reference or email us if you need some assistance before making the purchase.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders will be ship within 24hours from the day your payment is confirmed and verified. Orders and payment received on Saturdays and Sundays will be ship on Monday. We don't ship on Holidays as well, but rest assured we will try our best to ship it ASAP.

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as you "confirmed your order" upon check out , a message will appear on your browser saying "Your Order Has Been Proccesed". You will then receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. You can also check your order status by signing into  "My Account"  on our website.

My Order Status Says “Processing.” What Does That Mean?

“Processing” just means that we have successfully received your order! And now waiting for your payment. Please be reminded that you need to settle payment within 3days from the date of purchase, to accommodate other interested buyers. Moreover, your account will be block from our site by failure to meet the agreement.

I Received A PINKaholic Gift Voucher. How Do I Use it?

  1. Go to your Shopping Cart, click the “Use Gift Voucher” button found below your order details.
  2. Enter your gift voucher or coupon CODE (that is given to you).
  3. Click "Apply Voucher".
  4. The gift voucher amount will be deducted from your order total before you check out.
